FASA Accreditation

Franchise companies that operate accordingly with ethical business practices and comply with the legal and regulatory requirements of the South African business landscape should be recognised for their conforming business policies in the industry. Franchise Association of South Africa (FASA) Membership provides a clear distinction between ethical and compliant franchise companies and the rest of the industry. A thorough assessment of each applicant franchise company is conducted before accreditation. Franchise Administration is equipped with a panel of attorneys to assist with FASA Accreditation, ensuring ethical franchising across South Africa.
